Rental Agreement
When you request a Dumpster Rental from Dumpsters Delivered, you are entering into a rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your Dumpster Rental, including the rental period, fees, and your responsibilities as the renter.
Rental Period
The rental period for your Dumpster begins on the date of delivery and continues until the Dumpster is picked up. Rental periods can be customized to meet the needs of your project, and additional fees may apply for extended rental periods.
Rental Fees
Dumpsters Delivered charges a flat rate for Dumpster Rental, which includes delivery, pickup, and disposal of the contents. Additional fees may apply for overweight Dumpsters, hazardous materials, or other special circumstances.
Renter Responsibilities
As the renter, you are responsible for the proper use and care of the Dumpster, as well as ensuring that only approved materials are placed inside. You must also provide clear access for delivery and pickup, and notify us of any issues or changes to your rental needs.
Damage and Liability
Dumpsters Delivered is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the improper use or placement of the Dumpster. You, as the renter, are liable for any damage to the Dumpster or property during the rental period.
Prohibited Items
Certain materials, such as hazardous waste, flammable liquids, and asbestos, are strictly prohibited from being placed in our Dumpsters. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in additional fees or the termination of your rental.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your Dumpster Rental at any time, but refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Fees may apply for late cancellations or changes to your rental.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where your Dumpster Rental takes place. Any disputes arising from your rental will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
